2. License

KliaCap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial projects. Each license key is valid for one user only.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key with others. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

4. Cloud Services

Our cloud transcription and translation services are provided on a token-based system. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KliaCap are owned by Klia and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

KliaCap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
